I don’t watch TV

I see this a lot, in varying forms.  TV isn’t the problem.  It’s what’s ON the TV that can be the problem.  There are people who probably argue that the internet is worse than TV.  Both are just tools and outlets.

Internet allows freedom of speech, public forums, and a choice to select your information as you choose. TV is force fed drivel. 

I have time for some documentaries, but even they are fake and doctored. And don’t get me started on the news.

Hitler wishes he had a propaganda tool as good as TV.

I actually studied in business the other day how advertising is absorbed in the brain.

Brainwashing idiot box. I like to call it.

And I don’t disagree with your points.  The internet has the ability to replace TV anyways so it’s whatever.  I’m just saying that it’s not the TV, it’s the programming.

TV doesn’t in itself create propaganda no. But it’s an excellent tool of delivery.
